Summary: This property is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The landscaping is impeccable and the features of the property were perfect for our stay (4 adults, 3 kids). We enjoyed the layout of the home and LOVED the 3rd level room for the kids. I highly recommend this property for the location and proximity to the beach. The BEST part about this home is the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. Just phenomenal. The only reason I am not giving this a 5-star review is due to the terrible communication from the property management company who maintains the property. This is not an individual owner, with whom you will be connecting. This is a "vacation" management company who was always VERY slow to respond to messages. On one occasion, I had to follow up twice to get them to respond. They told me there was a known "communication issue", but these were text messages using the number they provided me. Also, the property locked us out an hour before our check-out time. It's a darn good thing that we noticed it before we were all outside the property and had the ability to keep the door propped open. We were very annoyed by this. If check out is 11:00, we should be able to freely access the property until 11:00. Bottom line: we LOVED this property and would definitely stay again. However, we strongly encourage the property management company to do a much better job with timely communication and definitely fix the lock-out issue. That was ridiculous.
